We had a great time exploring the city from our conveniently located hotel. The Ibirapuera park was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed spending time there. The hotel in the new center of the city was also within walking distance of the main attractions, making it super easy for us to explore. The room was comfortable, the staff provided excellent service, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. We even had a great view from our room that added to our overall experience.

Large room with walk-in wardrobe, comfy bed, and balcony with great view. Nice pool with fantastic views. Perfect location near Paulista Avenue and metro. Kind and helpful staff. Brilliant stay, highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were very nice, going above and beyond to help me out when I had issues with my credit card. One of the guys at the front desk actually exchanged my dollars for local currency so that I could pay for my stay. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and assistance. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as it is very central and within walking distance of the main attractions. It was easy to find and I had no trouble getting cabs or Ubers. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to my day. the staff, location, and breakfast were the standout features for me.

Great location within walking distance of key attractions, such as Av. Paulista. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Lack of basic amenities, such as shampoo and soap. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location couldn't have been better, only a short walk away from all the main attractions, and right next to the metro. The hotel provides an exceptional service - I especially enjoyed the room amenities such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Not to mention the leisure facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool and steam room, which were the perfect way to unwind after my busy days. this place provided everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
